After 3 years of trying different diets, I came up to the conclusion that no extra kilograms can be lost permanently if I don’t adopt a healthy lifestyle. This year, I spent Easter weekend in Belgium visiting an old friend from high school. We slept in Leuven but we visiting Brussels during the day. I have already visited this European capital a few years ago, but it was basically for professional reasons so I didn’t have that much time to see the main attractions or to have some of their tasty food.
