After 3 years of trying different diets, I came up to the conclusion that no extra kilograms can be lost permanently if I don’t adopt a healthy lifestyle. Mostly every diet I tried worked perfectly until the day I was under a lot of pressure (because of work or studies mainly) and I used food to cope. Hello, friends and I hope that you had great Easter holidays 🙂
This year, I spent Easter weekend in Belgium visiting an old friend from high school. We slept in Leuven but we visiting Brussels during the day. I have already visited this European capital a few years ago, but it was basically for professional reasons so I didn’t have that much time to see the main attractions or to have some of their tasty food. it’s 8 a.m. and I am already sitting at my desk writing this article. I woke up this morning at 6 a.m., worked out had a shower and breakfast and now time to work. For some of you, that may sound familiar and a part of your daily routine. But I am not a morning person.
today I want to tell you about my running plan that I have designed for myself before I was able to run for 30 minutes non-stop.
First of all, Disclaimer: I am not a professional athlete or a coach. Everything in this article is based on my personal experience. I share it with you for inspiration and motivation. A professional opinion is highly recommended.
I will go directly to the point this time without any introductions because I feel like there is a stream of words in my head and I need to write it down before it’s gone. I’ve already been holding it the whole day.
I remember once in high school, my math teacher said: “If you think that you understand something that you can’t demonstrate, that means that you don’t really understand it“.
Some photos of my visit to le Château d’Angers a few weeks ago. I will probably write a review another time because I hadn’t that much time to see everything in this Castle full of history that goes back to the 5th millennium BC. I was there one only one hour before closing^^
