After 3 years of trying different diets, I came up to the conclusion that no extra kilograms can be lost permanently if I don’t adopt a healthy lifestyle. Mostly every diet I tried worked perfectly until the day I was under a lot of pressure (because of work or studies mainly) and I used food to cope. But, being most of the time on a diet for the last 3 years, made me read a lot about nutrition and how our bodies react to food, to food restrictions and how our brains play a huge role in all that. Good morning 🙂
it’s 8 a.m. and I am already sitting at my desk writing this article. I woke up this morning at 6 a.m., worked out had a shower and breakfast and now time to work. For some of you, that may sound familiar and a part of your daily routine. But I am not a morning person.
It has been a while and I haven’t been that committed to this blog. Maybe being busy or being sick are good excuses to explain that. But the truth is that I was (am) very intimidated by all the rules that I am supposed to follow when blogging. I have been reading a lot of articles about how to blog, how to write online and all the dos and don’ts.
This is my first post for 2018 so I would like to start by wishing you a Happy New Year with a lot of great things. A lot of happiness, health, wealth, personal growth, education, success and all that you wish for.
