After 3 years of trying different diets, I came up to the conclusion that no extra kilograms can be lost permanently if I don’t adopt a healthy lifestyle. Mostly every diet I tried worked perfectly until the day I was under a lot of pressure (because of work or studies mainly) and I used food to cope. This year, I spent Easter weekend in Belgium visiting an old friend from high school. We slept in Leuven but we visiting Brussels during the day. I have already visited this European capital a few years ago, but it was basically for professional reasons so I didn’t have that much time to see the main attractions or to have some of their tasty food. Today, I am happy to share with you this blog post about being a tourist in Brussels (foodwise!).
as promised, this is my review of my new DSLR camera that I purchased last week. To be honest I didn’t give it a lot of thinking before buying it, as I would usually do for similar price range products. I only wanted to upgrade from my point and shoot camera, have a canon product and not spend a lot of time (or money) choosing the camera body.
Last weekend we had a really nice sunny weather and we had the chance to spend it with friends in the countryside in the center of France. We were celebrating 3 birthdays so we had plenty of time to eat, drink, dance, sing and play. But, we also wanted to add a cultural activity to our weekend so we went to visit Le Chateau de Chambord. I don’t think that I have the right words to describe how beautiful this castle is. It was really magnificent. A real masterpiece.

it’s 8 a.m. and I am already sitting at my desk writing this article. I woke up this morning at 6 a.m., worked out had a shower and breakfast and now time to work. For some of you, that may sound familiar and a part of your daily routine. But I am not a morning person.
It has been a while and I haven’t been that committed to this blog. Maybe being busy or being sick are good excuses to explain that. But the truth is that I was (am) very intimidated by all the rules that I am supposed to follow when blogging. I have been reading a lot of articles about how to blog, how to write online and all the dos and don’ts.
This is my first post for 2018 so I would like to start by wishing you a Happy New Year with a lot of great things. A lot of happiness, health, wealth, personal growth, education, success and all that you wish for.
