This is my first post for 2018 so I would like to start by wishing you a Happy New Year with a lot of great things. A lot of happiness, health, wealth, personal growth, education, success and all that you wish for.
I haven’t been writing much on this blog, but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been working on anything. I have been preparing for a lot of projects that I hope I will accomplish this year and share with you on this website. I currently spend a lot of my time learning photography which turned out to be a lot of fun. Other posts will come about that. But, there is a completely new thing that I am doing this year which is setting my self a mantra. I am so excited about that and I can already imagine all the changes that will happen during 2018. I have chosen the word health because I think it’s very important to be healthy and build habits around this style of life. Once we are healthy in our bodies and minds, everything else will come naturally.
By health, I don’t only mean what I will be eating but also my fitness routines, my mental well being, like avoiding stress and practicing meditation, sleeping quality and so on. Basically everything related to having a good quality of life. I am really enthusiastic about all this and hope that you can share with me any tips or advice.
