Everyone has a list and everyone has different lists for different purposes. The list of the new year resolutions, the list of 18 years old birthday, the list of before 20, 25, 30 and so on years old. These lists can include some important life-changing decisions
, like finding another job, buying a new house or new habits, like getting up early, drinking more water, or new goals like learning how to dance, reading more books, etc. Usually, the list is here to determine in which way we see the improvement in our lives and a reminder of our goals and why we keep fighting every day’s difficulties. Some very organized people have even a daily list. This helps them keeping on the track and following a pre-designed path to achieve their dreams. The list can keep growing because every time one item on the list is checked, it opens our minds and our souls to new experiences so we set ourselves new goals. The evolution of the list is a reflection of the evolution of ourselves. If we take a picture of our lives before the list and a picture after the list we can easily play spot the difference. Moreover, this really can help keep being motivated and positive when we see all the good things that happened in our lives. If sometimes you feel bad about yourself, take a piece of paper and write down all the good things that happened to you during the last few months. You will quickly notice that you have made a lot of progress and that your personality has changed in a good way. You became more mature, wiser and even happier.Once you can see that, you are then unstoppable to go for your next goals. It reminds you that everything is possible, that sometimes things take some time to happen but most importantly YOU CAN DO IT.
As for myself, I have this list that has been there for years now. A lot of nice things out of the list happened and kept me busy from achieving what is on it. My list includes different items in different categories. It goes from going on a trip to the north pole to drinking more water every day. You can find below an extract of my list and I am curious to know what’s on yours. Just tell me about it in the comment section below and I hope that you can join me in my journey to achieve what’s on our lists together 😀
